Welcome to the website of the Glen Eira Residents Association—(GERA).

The Glen Eira Residents Association was founded in 1995 to give a voice to all residents, and the community in general. We aim to protect the heritage and values of the past without remaining in it.

The Association is issue orientated, focussing on issues only. It is not associated with any political party.

GERA retains membership with the VLGA (Victorian Local Governance Association) and with SOS (Save Our Suburbs)

Committee meetings are held monthly (usually on the second Tuesday of each month) and observers are welcome. Please contact 9523 9228 for further details.

You are welcome to submit letters and articles that relate to issues of local governance or are of interest to the residents of the City of Glen Eira. Please take care that anything you submit is not defamatory or in poor taste. Decisions about what is published on this website are made by the editors in consultation with the committee of management. Please supply your name with any material you submit.
